Quick answers
- No code arriving? Codes come by SMS or email — whichever you picked. Check your messages, then your inbox and spam folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so request a fresh one if it has been longer.
- Someone is bothering you? Open the chat and use the block button in the header — they can no longer message you or add you to groups — and the report button next to it to tell us about them.
